ABOUT
Rosewood is a family owned and operated private equestrian facility located in southwest Loveland, Colorado. Our well-maintained facility sits on 12 acres with sprawling views of the mountains, beautiful sunsets, mature trees, a stream, and lush greenery. Our amenities include large indoor and outdoor arenas, a round pen, eight acres of irrigated pasture, spacious outdoor runs and turnouts, and a comfortable viewing lounge.
Our owners are horse lovers who have 20+ years of experience in the industry, and pride themselves in providing premium care for the horses and clients at Rosewood. Rosewood Equestrian Center provides a beautiful space and stress-free environment for clients to enjoy their horse time.
Rosewood operates primarily as a schooling and training barn. Our specialties include offering riding lessons and horse training. In addition to this, we are blessed to have a space perfect for hosting a variety of events, including kids camps, photoshoots, birthday parties, and other special celebrations.

BOARDING
Our boarding space is reserved for students who are active in our lesson program, and/or horses who are active in our training program. We strive to make our client experience at Rosewood Equestrian Center as convenient and simple as possible, so that clients can enjoy their time with their horses and let us do the work to help out with the necessities and logistics.

We are happy to offer clinics throughout the year so that owners may sign their horses up for Spring and Fall vaccinations and other routine vet advised treatments.

Horse owners and clients can rest assured that our owner and on site staff have years of experience with quickly detecting and treating a variety of horse-related conditions, so that each situation may be attended to promptly and carefully while waiting on a veterinarian. Our owners and staff take time to get to know the horses and their personalities and pay close attention to any changes.

Each of our staff has been extensively trained to recognize and respond quickly to the signs of a horse emergency.
Indoor Stall Boarding
Large renovated barn with spacious 12x12 indoor radiant heated stalls lined with thick rubber mats and bedded with fresh shavings. Fans throughout the barn, and a newly installed ventilation system to keep dust, smell, and toxins down. LED lights on a timer hang above each stall to keep horses from hairing up during cold winter months.
Outdoor Run Boarding
Spacious outdoor runs with shelters and heated water troughs.
Pasture Boarding
Eight acres of shared pasture space with a large shelter, heated water troughs, and unlimited access to hay in our covered large bale feeders.
